Anzac Biscuits

Anzac Biscuits are so tasty,
Just like you think.
When I eat them, they are
crunchy, so hard.
They look like they are made with
almonds.
They smell like chocolate.
Yum, Yum.

By Amy Greenall

When I eat it, it is crunchy.
When I feel it, it is hard.
When I taste it, it tastes like
chocolate.
When I hear the crunch, it sounds
like bones snapping.
it smells like ginger.

I hear noises like your heart beating.
I see little people fighting.
I can taste a dead flower.
I can feel little bumpy hills.

By Jorja Siebelink

It looks like a big mountain with lava in it

because the bit that I ate, is the lava.

The mountain is covered in sand.

It is crunchy and crumbly,
It looks like rocks.
And it looks 3 D,
And like little waves.
It is smooth on the bottom.

My Birthday

It was my birthday on Saturday and I invited Abby, Jessica and Lauren and Lara. We did same art and Pin the tail on the goat and Piggy in the middle. My Gangang made same balloonns, he made 6 tigers and 6 butterflies. He made them in my mummys and DaDDys bedroom and he put them on the windowsill in the sun.It was my mummys birthday before mine. I kept asking my mummy how much days until my birthday. MY sister had the spots and I nearly had to cancel it.

Justins birthday

On Justin's birthday I had a lot of fun. Me and my freinds had a paintball fight. We were throwing paintballs like mad, but none of us got hurt. And we had some party food and yummy drinks. We shot some cans and bottles with a paintball gun too. Justin got lots of presents and I got him a transformer toy and the name of it was Mud Flap and he got some hot wheel cars too.

Cinderella and the Troll

Once upon a time a little girl was running away from home because her mother told her never to

go into the cave again. That was her favourite hiding spot. So she found the cave and

started to tiptoe in. She got so far in that she could not see the door anymore. Then she

saw a shadow, it looked like a troll. She started to turn around but the troll saw her. She was still

tiptoeing back to the outside when she heard a Grrrrr behind her. She started to run and then

she started to sprint. She fell over, again and again, but then the troll fell over and she

escaped. She ran home and never went outside again.

The Map on my Hand

My hand is a map. You can have a V or a Z. It is a map to Wellington and Christchurch and Levin.
By Sunny

The Map on my Hand

The map on my hand feels soft and the twirls on my hand look like the twirls that you would see if you were in a Portal. The lines on your hand, look like a river of veins running down it. The blue veins on my hands, look like an ocean, with a ship sailing down it.

The Map on my hand

The map on my hand feels bumpy and rough. It has got lots of lines that are rivers. One line leads to my house and the school. The map on my hand has whero and ma spots. My fingers look like people surfing on a wave. The lines look like seawead hanging from a surfboard. My palm looks like it's a map that can move!!!
